1 credit = 1 API request. Credits never expire and have no daily limit.
Starts the moment you sign up. The daily counter resets at midnight UTC. Buy a pack whenever you want: paid credits take over and the daily limit disappears.
Every endpoint has a fixed cost in credits. It is shown next to the endpoint in the docs and returned in credits.charged on every response.
| Endpoint | What you get | Credits |
|---|---|---|
| GET /v1/profile | Public profile: followers, following, likes, videos, bio, avatar | 1 |
| GET /v1/followers | One page of a profile's followers (cursor paginated) | 1 per page |
| GET /v1/bot-estimate | Fake follower estimate from a follower sample | 5 |
| GET /v1/ping | Key check | 0 |
The short answers. The long ones are in the docs.
One request to /v1/profile. Heavier endpoints cost more (see the table above), and the price is always fixed per endpoint, never per result size.
No. Buy a pack today and use it next year. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
Not on paid credits. The free trial is capped at 100 requests a day for 14 days; the moment you buy a pack, the cap is gone.
You get a 502 source_unavailable and the credit is refunded in the same transaction. Input errors (400), bad keys (401), no balance (402) and rate limits (429) are never charged either. Only a 200 costs you anything.
It starts when you sign up, no card. 100 requests a day, counter resets at midnight UTC, for 14 days. Every call during the trial counts against the daily quota, not a balance.
Paid credits are used first. The trial only kicks in while your paid balance is zero, so buying a pack never wastes your free days.
